Hyrax Fasteners is an industrial fastener manufacturer and supplier based in Siraspur, Badli, Delhi. We specialise in the production of anchor bolts, anchor hooks, pin type fasteners, through bolts, stainless steel fasteners and drop-in fasteners for construction, infrastructure, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and industrial projects.
Our manufacturing setup combines forging, cold-heading, thread rolling, CNC machining, heat treatment and surface finishing under one roof, allowing us to control quality, cost and lead time across every order — from standard catalogue items to fasteners produced strictly to customer drawings.
We work with structural steel fabricators, EPC contractors, OEM manufacturers, MEP contractors and industrial plant operators across India, supplying both project-based bulk orders and ongoing scheduled deliveries for production lines.

From raw material inspection through to final dispatch, every stage of our process is documented and checked — supporting full batch traceability for project quality audits.
Raw Material Inspection
Certified steel and stainless bar stock is inspected for chemical composition and dimensional accuracy before release to production.
Forging & Cold Heading
Bars are forged or cold-headed to shape, preserving grain flow for maximum strength in heads, bends and hooks.
Thread Rolling & Machining
Threads are rolled or precision-machined to metric standards, with in-process gauging on every batch.
Heat Treatment
High-tensile grades are quenched and tempered in controlled furnaces to achieve specified hardness and toughness.
Finishing & Dispatch
Parts are surface-finished, proof-load tested, packed to project specification and dispatched with documentation.
Built For Volume, Precision & Custom Production
Our facility houses forging presses, thread rolling machines, CNC turning centres, heat treatment furnaces and surface finishing lines — supported by a dedicated quality control lab for dimensional and mechanical testing.
This integrated infrastructure allows us to take on large structural orders while retaining the flexibility to produce small-batch custom fasteners to drawing.
